Reception: answer phones, take messages and/or transfer calls to relevant staff and volunteers, attend to face to face enquiries, book appointments for staff and volunteers and update schedules as required.

Operational Administration: review organisational document updates (Policies and Procedures), maintain VCC's Membership database, maintain training session enquiries and registrations There will also be general administration assistance to the EO (eg, Filing, scanning and photocopying, assisting with mailouts etc).
