HR Administration Support - North Ryde

Special Olympics Australia is currently seeking an individual to use their HR experience in a volunteer management capacity. The role will assist in a range of recruitment, screening and admin tasks of volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have experience at least 2 years in human resource and/or volunteer management experience.
Competencies / Skills required:
• Excellent organisational and communication skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Ability to be flexible and to improvise when needed • Ability to work within set boundaries • Understanding of human resource management • Good time management skills • Strong computer literacy and capability to maintain accurate records
Experience / Education Required:
• Human resource experience and/or volunteer management experience
Desirable:
• Knowledge of Special Olympics Australia and programs • Human resource diploma or equivalent
Time Availability: 9.30am to 4pm( We are flexible with the timing)
Minimum 2 days per week ongoing. Would suit someone that can commit to at least 6 months.

Special Olympics Australia is a child safe organization and conducts relevant checks as part of a volunteer screening.
