Volunteers in the Burnie area are needed to provide assistance to individuals and small groups of people with disabilities in any of the following categories:

Art & crafts, music, photography, cooking, gardening, computers, sport, social outings, swimming, pet care and companionship, etc.

Volunteers working in the disability sector will empower, encourage and make a huge difference in the lives of these people.

Volunteers at Devonfield often become recruited as casual support workers if they demonstrate the required attributes the organisation is looking for.

Devonfield actively promotes the value of its volunteers and will offer skills development opportunities on and ongoing basis.

Devonfield is involved in recognising and rewarding volunteers through activities such as national volunteers week and international volunteers day.
