genU Training (a division of the non-for-profit genU) is passionate about giving people with a disability, the long-term unemployed and our community’s most vulnerable, education and training options in our class-rooms and at real work-places.

genU Training is committed to providing vocational pathways for people with a disability. Our accredited foundation courses are designed for people with an intellectual disability or permanent cognitive impairment.

These programs support learners to improve their language and literacy, learn skills to take part in the community and develop confidence and the ability to find meaningful work.

Volunteers provide assistance in the classroom supporting clients with their learning and providing guidance as needed. Individual attention is vital in supporting adults with a disability to improve their literacy and numeracy.
