Better Earth Projects - Southern Tasmania

Conservation Volunteers Australia - Tasmania
Logo for Conservation Volunteers Australia - Tasmania

Conservation Volunteers offers Better Earth volunteering projects 52 weeks of the year and have been doing this for the past 30 years. We give people the chance to connect with the environment and their community and we ensure our projects protect and enhance our natural environment and cultural heritage. Better Earth projects can range from tree planting, invasive weed removal, seed collection, walking track construction, wetland and coastal rehabilitation to wildlife monitoring and protection.

The locations we work at include Bruny Island, Scamander, Seven Mile Beach, Dodges Ferry, Bonorong Park and the list of project sites continues into local, regional and remote areas of Tasmania.

You can volunteer for as little or as much time as you desire. There are projects to suit all people and no skills are required to volunteer with us…. Just bring your enthusiasm. You can come on your own, with your work colleges or with friends. It’s free, fun and rewarding so why not!

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
