A National Trust property, is seeking volunteer guides who love history, wonderful stories from the past, beautiful objects and meeting other people.

If you enjoy being around people, then this opportunity is for you.

You will need to greet visitors and collect entry fees, take visitors on a 45 minute guided tour of the house, count money and complete simple paperwork, close the house and make sure it is secure. Mentoring and training will be provided.

You can choose to guide the general public and tour groups on the weekend or take pre-arranged groups through the house during the week.
