Centre For Community-Driven Research

The Centre for Community-Driven Research (CCDR) is a non-profit organisation bringing much needed change to the way we think about community engagement in health. Our vision is to create a more patient-driven health sector and our mission is to build capacity in the non-profit sector to support patients and their families, and facilitate meaningful connection between service providers, research organisations, the non-profit sector, practitioners, industry, government and the communities for which they provide a service or aim to benefit. CCDR host a National Patient Organisation Standing Committee to provide a place for non-profit organisations to work together and create a health system that addresses the needs of patients and their families. Our flagship research program, Patient Experience, Expectation and Knowledge (PEEK) program, was launched in 2017.

The volunteer role is across all of our programs. Two university students will work one day per week (Tuesday or Wednesday) on administrative and small research projects. You will work autonomously from our office in Midlands and attend meetings representing the organisation within our office building. You will need to be available from April until December 2021.

Please indicate the times that you are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in your application.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
