Volunteer Data Analyst

This role supports the Customer Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders, in identifying new clients. The team will benefit by your quality and timely output. This is a fast paced team focused on providing a seamless experience to our customers and our successful applicant must have a can do attitude to enhance team performance.

Tasks involved include: ◾ Scan through current systems and portal ◾ Identify Clients who are awaiting Home Care Package future approvals ◾ Capture relevant data as part of the ‘lead capture’ ◾ Store extracts in google docs ◾ Actively inform team when upload is complete
