Special Olympics is a global inclusion movement using sport, health, education and leadership programs every day around the world to end discrimination against and empower people with intellectual disabilities.
We are currently seeking a highly organized individual with business or leadership experience and strong relationship building skills.
The general state committee member (fundraising) is primarily responsible for providing assistance and support to general committee members ensure for efficient operation within the fundraising division.
Desirable: • Previous experience in a similar role in a comparable organisation
Competencies / Skills required: • Excellent organisation and communication skills • Work productively with other committee members • Is willing to contribute to group discussions and contribute ideas • Committed, ambitious and determined
Time Availability: Minimum 12 Months Approximately 3-5 hours per week and attendance at committee meetings.
