Catholic Healthcare would like help with their respite cottage at Waitara. Chantal Cottage, 28 McAuley Place, Waitara provides a lovely “home away from home” atmosphere for clients who live with memory difficulties (mild dementia) . Clients are cared for by a trained and dedicated team who provide activities, meals and encourage social interaction. This service provides clients with valuable opportunities to socialise while giving carers with a respite from their caring role.

We are particularly seeking a volunteer  to assist on Fridays  10am – 3pm – but other days may also be available. Come and join our great team.
