At UN Youth, our facilitators run educational programs designed to empower young Australians. We fill the gaps in the education curriculum, teaching students about global issues through peer-to-peer learning. As a facilitator, you can run a variety of events for our school-aged delegates – ranging from workshops for school visits, educational summits, Voice (a public speaking competition), Evatt (a model UN competition) to international activities.
We are currently looking for some new facilitators to join UN Youth in all states and territories. Most states and territories have moved towards running in-person events for the rest of the year and have several online training days scheduled. You’ll become an accredited UN Youth Facilitator and have the opportunity to lead school visits, travel across the country and inspire the next generation of young Australians.
To be eligible to be trained you must have graduated high school and be under 25. If you’re still in high school you should look at our facebook page for other events happening near you!
