The Minute Secretary will be required to attend 4-5 evening meetings at a centrally located Adelaide suburb from 7-9 pm on a Thursday. This night may be able to be changed to suit a successful applicant. The group's AGM is usually held on a Friday evening in March at Fullarton. The applicant would need to be able to record or write minutes at the meeting sand transcribe them into a Word document for distribution to committee members.
