Our Op Shop in Semaphore is one of our medium sized and busy stores as it attracts Semaphore's locals and many visitors to the area. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will enjoy engaging in customer service and manning our registers on Sundays.

Op Shop Retail Assistants are encouraged to participate in polite conversation with our customers, make those visiting the store feel welcome, assist customers to find what they are looking for, provide alternatives and add purchases through our point of sale system where our customers have the opportunity to become part of our Loyalty program.

Our Volunteer Program ensures each volunteer receives an induction to learn more about our entire organisation, the store they will be volunteering in and our op shop operational procedures. Volunteers will be trained in the tasks they are expected to perform, receive ongoing support and continued communication throughout their experience with our organisation.
