Be Uplifted Breast Cancer Charity is a registered charity that focuses on offering practical support to breast cancer patients and their families across the North Side of Brisbane. We provide a variety of services including general house cleaning on a casual basis. Everyone who works with Be Uplifted is a volunteer and this allows the charity to use all donations to provide practical support and assistance to Breast Cancer patients and survivors. Breast cancer patients and survivors find it difficult to complete general house keeping duties during their recovery period. Be Uplifted is looking for volunteers who can help us to provide this service to our recipients. Duties include

• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuuming carpets and floors
• Kitchen duties, including wash up dishes, wipe down of food preparation and service areas
• Bathroom and toilet cleaning
• Change linen as required Current demand based on recipient need is 1 to 2 homes per week with upto 2 hours per home.
  The successful applicant/s will need to have own reliable transport. Be Uplifted will provide cleaning products and equipment as necessary.
