Special Olympics Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that provides regular sports training, competition opportunities and development programs for people with an intellectual disability across Australia.

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with the tennis program. The position will support with conducting practices, motivating and encouraging intellectually disabled athletes and support ongoing skill development.

The ideal candidate would be an active and energetic person who plays tennis and knows the rules of the game.

Competencies / Skills required:

• Current or previously played tennis
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Check

Time Availability: Sunday afternoons - Forthnightly 1pm to 3.30pm

Location: Mentone Tennis Club, cnr First Ave and Nepean Hwy Mentone

Commmencement: as soon as possible
