Northern Rivers Community GatewayFront-line service and support: • Provide high-level front-line customer service 1st response on telephone • Provide informed, accurate course information to assist potential students in choosing courses/training • accurate data entry, scanning and filing • General office duties including, but not limited to; opening and closing the College, ensuring training rooms are correctly set up for courses respond promptly to incoming correspondence, collect mail light cleaning duties • Provide administrative support to all staff as needed. • Ensure WHS risks are mitigated in both the college and office premises through consultation with management and staff and by undertaking risk assessments and implementing WHS policies and procedures where necessary
