A Community Organisation whose mission is to build a strong, inclusive community that overcomes disadvantage, is seeking Volunteers to assist with sorting donated goods for sale readiness.

This Organisation is committed to working with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change. Part of that commitment is in providing new and pre-loved clothing, at a very low cost, to their local community. Volunteers all work together in a friendly and welcoming environment to create and contribute to strengthening community engagement.

This position would be perfect for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Volunteer, who has an eye for detail and a heart for others. Items of clothing, household goods and toys are donated and they all need sorting through and prepared for sale.

No special skills or previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and a want to make a difference in the lives of others. Volunteers are needed between 10am and 1pm, Mondays to Fridays.
