In close partnership with the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson supports the leadership, governance, and strategic direction of the KCH Board and a staff of 12-15.

Ideal skill sets for the Vice Chairperson position include any of: management, business administration, accounting, HR, legal, marketing, early childhood and/or education. Most importantly, we seek someone who is passionate about community development, play-based learning, and has the time and energy to help our amazing organisation continue to grow and improve!

To be eligible for a KCH Board position, you must be a member of KCH.
