Groomed to Go Inc. is a registered not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to provide clothing and support to people in need. We operate our programs through Groomed to Go and Dress for Success South East Melbourne.

Our goal is to inspire people to achieve financial independence in style, by providing services that help them thrive in work and daily life. We offer a dressing service for men and women who do not have access to appropriate clothing for their current circumstances, whether that is job-seeking or starting a new life following incarceration, homelessness or domestic violence. We offer personalised support including interview techniques and resume building, plus a series of workshops to help build essential skills, either in-house or through our partnerships.

The role of the Grant writer is to assist in identifying, planning, coordinating and managing grant applications.

Securing revenue streams is critical to the ongoing success of Groomed to Go.

You will recommend grants to the General Manager for approval and managing these from end to end including drafting budgets, estimating of revenue against expected costs

Communicate effectively to all Groomed to Go volunteers to maximise participation
