The role of the Volunteer Events Team leader is to assist in identifying, planning, coordinating and managing fundraising events. Securing revenue streams through various events is critical to the ongoing success of Groomed to Go. Whilst the role is supported by a team of volunteers, the Volunteer Events Team Leader will recommend events to the committee of management for approval and manage these from end to end.

• Project management of key fundraising activities • Leadership of the events team • Draft basic budgets including estimates of revenue against expected costs • Communicate effectively to all Groomed to Go volunteers to maximise participation
