Residential Kindness Warriors Our residential villages need your help as they try to ensure that families can continue to visit their loved ones during visiting restrictions. This a vital new role in our residential villages and we need your help more than ever, so that our seniors can continue to see those they love as regularly as possible.

Volunteers in the residential space can offer their vital support in the following ways:

  • Manning the entrance doors- and ensuring that visitors follow hygiene protocols before entering
  • Encouraging use of hand sanitiser
  • Asking screening questions, e.g. travel, and offering advice to those who feel they may put the village residents at risk
  • Escorting visitors directly to the client’s room

If you feel you could support our villages which are situated at Bangalow, Byron Bay, and Kingscliff, then we would absolutely love your help with this VITAL role. This role will be available 7 days per week during our restricted visiting times of: 

  • 9-11am
  • 4-6pm
