**Position Purpose: **The purpose of this role is to manage and develop business opportunities utilising GoogleAds.

Role Responsibilities: Marketing and Business Development

• Develop and execute the marketing plan for Google Ads according to the existing budget.
• Analysis and report monthly data from Google Ads.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Experience working with Google Ads.
• Strong Excel and Word skills essential.
• An entrepreneurial and agile mindset essential.
• Previous experience reporting on sales performance and interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities highly desirable.
• Experience working in the FMCG / Grocery sector an advantage.
• Experience working in a high growth small - medium-sized enterprise valuable
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
• Previous experience working in a social enterprise setting desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of SisterWorks Inc.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated flexibility in working both autonomously and within teams.
