Northam's Avon Descent Association is a not-for-profit organisation built on local communities focused around the Swan and Avon rivers, managing one of WA's most iconic sporting events, we rely on the support hundreds of volunteers and support groups to deliver our events.

As part of a small team of young marketing enthusiasts you will be responsible for helping to create original video content to share on online and other platforms including free-to-air TV. Obtaining your own original footage as well as using existing event footage you will create striking visual content to entertain, inform and advertise our event to thousands across Australia and internationally.

This role will primarily be conducted from home with regular team meet ups and occasional weekend event days in the lead up to the main event. This role can be performed from anywhere in proximity to Perth but a closeness to Swan or Subiaco areas would be highly beneficial.

This role will be flexible with a commitment that can be adjusted to fit around other work and study commitments and would be perfect for anyone wanting to get a foothold and develop a reputation for quality video content. The more you put in the more you get out, with access to a large network of real industry contacts in some of WA’s most influential organisations.
