Business Support Officer
Treasure Boxes IncTo be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, strong administrative capability, attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude, excellent time management skills and behaviours consistent with Treasure Boxes Values. The position would ideally suit someone who has a passion to contribute to the community through their efforts and can commit two to three days a week part-time.
• Ongoing commitment is likely to require 15-20 hours/week • Based at our Edwardstown warehouse, with work from home flexibility
General Tasks • Answering incoming calls • Responding daily to general inquiries received • General administration tasks • Coordinating volunteer inductions and registration • Research and information gathering for various programs • Support with events and fundraising • Basic data entry, management and maintenance
Required Experience and Knowledge • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Good level of English and grammar • Excellent team player skills
Desirable Experience • Database and mail-out experience • Fundraising experience including sponsorship & donation practices • Knowledge of non-profit organization, practices and charitable giving
