We Are Community are an established 100% volunteer driven not for profit charity in Macarthur (soon expanding to Wollondilly).

This is a great opportunity to be involved in an inclusive, supportive community working together to make a difference by enhancing independence and reducing homelessness.

Our Night Patrol service provides healthy hot meals and hampers to our friends who are homeless or who are experiencing a difficult time.

We have opportunity you to be part of the team by assisting us in preparing the hampers. Also a great opportunity to include a child so that they have an opportunity to experience a volunteer role.

Tasks: * Pick up hampers from our partner organisation in Airds * Pack and organise the hampers into quantities to be delivered during the week (during night patrol) * Follow WHS and Food Safety procedures e.g. safe storage\, manual handling * Open/close 'community hub' building
