Community Fundraising Assistant
United Way South Australia IncVolunteers are responsible for the daily operation according to organisational policies and government legislation. The role requires sales, cash handling, customer service, weekly stock auditing, financial reporting and banking. Volunteers are responsible for the general cleanliness of their booth at all times.
All profits raised from our community bingo booths support the overhead costs associated with the organisation and the Imagination Library such as staff wages, postage, distribution, utilities, site rentals, administration costs and other resources required for the daily operation of the organisation.
All volunteers are required to undertake a National Police Clearance and DCSI Working with children and vulnerable persons checks before commencing in any volunteer role with the organisation. You will also be required to undertake 2 days of operational training at the Elizabeth Community Bingo Booth before commencing this role.
