Orana is a leading disability organisation providing services and supports to people with disability across metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Orana is seeking 1-2 enthusiastic and reliable Soccer Assistants to work with our disability soccer team on a regular basis. The Soccer Assistant will provide support to the Coach and players at both training and games, and assist with things such as - organising equipment, giving out uniforms to players, ensuring all players have shin pads, assisting to motivate and encourage players, assist to arrange taxis etc.

Training will be held twice weekly: Tuesday (Cowandilla) 4.30 - 5.30 & Thursday (Para Hills West) 4pm - 5.15pm and matches will be played on Sundays (Angle Park) 11.30am – 1.30pm from March through to early June (no matches on long weekends/Easter)

The role can be spread across 2 volunteers if volunteers would like to share the role. Experience working with people with a disability is an advantage but not a requirement as plenty of support will be provided to get to know the team and individual needs of players.

• DHS Disability Screening
• First-Aid Certificate
