Social Media Manager
SportsunitedThe Social Media Manager is to represent SportsUnited by building a social media presence across all 3 social media platforms that SportsUnited engage with (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
Core Social Media Manager Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with SportsUnited’s CEO, Website Manager, Fundraising Manager & Head Coaches to ensure all social media campaigns are consistent across the organisation.
- Managing SportsUnited’s social media promotion campaigns
- Developing high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring SportsUnited’s brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influences.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each account.
- Oversee customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
