The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch Whitehorse.

Help Neighbourhood Watch Whitehorse plan and manage its display at the Whitehorse Spring Festival in November 2020. This is a short term project. You will need to be available on Sunday 15 November for on site attendance between 9.00-4.00pm. (Date is subject to confirmation).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Help Neighbourhood Watch Whitehorse to plan and manage it's display at the Whitehorse Spring Festival in November 2020
• Review the display proposed and make suggestions for improvements
• Assist with preparations
• Help coordinate volunteers on the day of the festival

Skills and Experience:

• Keen to participate in a community function and engage with members of the public
• Willing to support the on-site team on the day of the Festival
• Understand and implement Safe Working practices at public events
