About the opportunity We are looking for committed and caring volunteers to offer meal assistance to our residents at IRT Kangara Waters. At IRT we believe it is important to support older people to continue to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives through a person-centred approach.

This rewarding role will include the following: • Provide assistance to residents who are no longer able to feed themselves due to physical or cognitive impairments • Provide some physical assistance to residents who are able to eat on their own but need some level of assistance • Support our Volunteer Program mission to enrich the lives of older Australians through meaningful connections • Provide a high quality customer service experience • Help residents to achieve their optimum quality of life

We’re looking for volunteers who are: • Interested in working with older people • Warm, caring and compassionate • Reliable, punctual and dedicated • Clean and neat appearance
