Data – updating and inputting client details into Raiser’s Edge database· Speaking with donors to check their details· Assisting with general office duties such as collecting mail, ordering stationary & printing, banking, office hygiene – tidying meeting spaces, setting up internal meetings, and answering incoming calls to the foundation· Assisting with PIF Events such as printing name tags, packing equipment, managing registration desk Assisting with mailings, donor research, & general Microsoft Office tasks in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
