About the Role: As a volunteer therapy assistant, you will be required to work closely with a health professionals to assist in the delivery of our innovative therapeutic healthcare services. Tasks throughout the evening will require you to converse with our participants, pay close attention to their behaviour and communication skills as you will be required to provide a brief observation report. You will assist staff with various activities and programs, engage and encourage the participants to fully participate About You: You are required to be a responsible, friendly, flexible, fit and healthy and willing to swim, actively participate in sporting and outdoor activities with our participants Commitment: Regular for 6 months minimum There will be 2 x 3 hour shifts: 1st Volunteer from 3.30pm to 6.30pm 2nd Volunteer shift from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Alternatively Full Shift 4pm to 9pm
