This rewarding volunteer position involves assisting the RSPCA OP Shop truck driver, by collecting donated items from the local area and delivering furniture to customers once purchased. There could also be odd jobs/errands that need to be done. As the number of driving jobs vary depending on the day any successful applicants will be required to assist in the sorting section at the Op Shop while not out in the vehicle. Please note that this role does involve heavy lifting. We are looking for a volunteer that can commit to either a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 8am - 5pm  each week for a minimum of 3 months. We will provide you with the necessary training and orientation for this volunteer role. Skills required – Need to be physically fit and able to lift 10 kgs, the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Skills to be gained – Basic distribution and warehousing skills.
