Jewish Care Victoria is a for-purpose organisation, and is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. We are proud and humbled to have the support of over 350 active volunteers, who enrich lives within the Jewish community in many different ways.

The Volunteer Department are looking for reliable, patient and friendly people to join our team, and become regular and/or ad-hoc volunteer drivers.

You would be driving Elders who live in one of our homes, which are based in St Kilda Rd Melbourne, Wahygoo Rd Carnegie and Freeman St Caulfield. Your outings may be to medical appointments, or just reconnecting Elders to the community for socialisation, or to engage in activities and enjoy local outings.

Dates and times can be discussed, based on availability.

Jewish Care will undertake a police check and reference checks prior to placement. You will also have a short driving test in of our vans. Jewish Care will provide volunteer training and ongoing support as required.
