Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer service
• Provide assistance with basic admission interpretation and translation
• Referencing doctor directories for referrals, parking, traffic flow, discharging of patients from cars and information/access to hospital facilities and services

Skills and Experience:

• Must fluently speak and read Cantonese and Mandarin
• A strong customer service ethos and attitude
• Must always be polite, patient, helpful and understanding in assisting patients and visitors
• Able to work with patients and visitors from diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to show initiative and to work with minimal supervision
• Sound verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the requirement to adhere to confidentiality
• Physically able walk for the majority of each shift
