•Assist the Lifestyle team in the delivery of the monthly calendar of events •Assist residents to access their local community through planned day trips •Support the Volunteer Program mission to enrich the lives of older Australians through meaningful connections •Provide a high quality customer service experience •Help residents to achieve their optimum quality of life

We’re looking for volunteers who have: •A strong commitment to working with older people from diverse backgrounds •Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening •Basic manual handling skills or willingness to attend training
