Volunteer Workforce Information Officer

UnitingCare currently has over 9000 volunteers across Lifeline, Blue Care, The Wesley Hospital, St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, St Stephen's Hospital, Buderim Private Hospital and our Disability and Family services across Queensland.

Undertaking general administration, data entry into payroll/HRIS systems with a high degree of accuracy, data cleansing, preparing reports and preparing documentation when necessary are part of the duties in this volunteer role.

We cherish the skills and unique perspective of each of our volunteers, and warmly welcome volunteers with all types of abilities, experience and availability.

• Ability to demonstrate strong data entry skills with high attention to detail • Knowledge of computing concepts and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Software, in particular Excel and Word and/or other business software. • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. • Ability to be flexible and proactive in contributing to the effective functioning of a team. • Ability to work within the beliefs, mission, values and policies of UCQ and adhere to the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety and other relevant Legislation as they apply to the region’s services
