The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of mecwacare.

Tasks and Responsibilities: This volunteer role involves taking our elderly residents to nearby Prahran Market in their wheel chairs, the walk is approximately 500 metres from our aged care facility in Prahran. You will enjoy interacting with the elderly and be comfortable taking instructions.

Volunteering with our social support programs will enable you to work alongside our qualified staff who will offer you guidance and mentoring, while fulfilling your desire to support older people to live and age well in the community.
