Your number one focus is to ensure all systems and Human Resource functions operate effectively and tasks are completed within deadlines - Source volunteers to support the tasks required - Create a roster for volunteer admin and HR staff - Ensure website is updated regularly (Wordpress - Divi theme) - Create and implement Admin systems to ensure streamlining and efficiency - Attend live events on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast periodically - Build and lead your team of volunteers to support the objectives of the role - Be hands on to get the job done and meet the deadlines - Create systems and processes to support full functioning department - Report to the Board of Directors monthly on progress and results - Create induction programs for volunteers
