Your number one focus is to recruit, train, manage and support Youth Leaders delivering services into local communities.

• Source Volunteer Youth Leaders
• Create and implement induction program for Youth Leaders
• Create content for live events with Director of Youth
• Attend live events on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast periodically
• Build and lead your team of volunteers to support the objectives of the role
• Be hands on to get the job done and meet the deadlines
• Create systems and processes to support full functioning department
• Report to the Board of Directors monthly on progress and results
• Manage rosters for Youth Leaders at monthly live events
