The Feros Care IT team are looking for a team of community volunteers who will assist our Aged Care clients who still live independently at home to connect to their services, and the world around them by helping us to install Google Home in their homes.

The volunteer would be matched with a client in their vicinity who needs help to set up and learn how to use Google Home to do things like;

• Access their MyFeros  digital Client Portal and order their services when they need them
• Help to set up their device in their home and learn how to navigate
• cruise apps together that can help to make life easier for our seniors
• show them how to listen to their favourite music, and rekindle those tapping toes

Sometimes our seniors just need a small helping hand to set up their Google Home and then they are all good to go, while others need a little more support.

We will match you in your own community, so no need to travel far. This volunteer role will involve working flexible hours, and will respond to assisting seniors, so some flexibility will be required.

This volunteer role will offer great work experience in the world of Aged Care, and technology, and will certainly take you into the new virtual world our seniors are experiencing.
