E-commerce Executive (Volunteer)
SisterWorks Inc.SisterWorks provides migrant women the opportunity to hand-make SisterWorks Label Products (eco-friendly kitchen wares & food products) and receive a profit of the sales. SisterWorks Label Products are sold in our website.
Reporting to the Sales Manager & Shop online lead role responsibilities include –
- Upload and maintain eCommerce inventory movement and product listings
- Uploading photos to our website using BigCommerce
- Updating product descriptions
- Rotating promotional visuals on the homepage
- Handle eCommerce platform
- Maintaining account relations with partnering channels
- Evaluate results and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Ensure that online orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly
- Attending to eCommerce customer service enquiries
- Come up with creative ideas to grow the online sales
- Be able to build reports based on BigCommerce data
- Assist in any other sales related duties
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Proficient with BigCommerce and Cin7 is a plus
- Proficient in adobe photoshop or/and inDesign is a plus
- Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of SisterWorks Inc.
- Cross-cultural understanding and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Comfortable interacting with people
Compulsory requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check or Police Check (if you do not have either of these, you can apply for one free of cost)
