Our small volunteer agency works for Australians with complex chronic conditions who are falling through service gaps and funding. We are involved in several service improvement and research projects. Our priority project is working with South Australian health providers to establish a patient clinic and to fast-track research to services. We are looking for someone who understands basic project design i.e aims, objectives, timelines, implementation, costing and evaluating outcomes, and to update our current projects ready for 2020 and funding grants.
