MS is the go-to provider of information, advice and support for people affected by multiple sclerosis with over 60 years' insight into how to live well with progressive neurological conditions. We are here so no one has to face MS alone. The money raised from our fundraising events ensures that we are able to provide these services for years to come.

We couldn't run our events without the help of our amazing team of volunteers.

Course Marshals cheer participants as they run and walk the 5k or 10k course, provide direction and warn of hazards or turns in the course. Bring a friend and volunteer together in the same area!

Shifts run from 7:30am-1:30pm. You will be placed in a location around the course which runs from the Inveresk Railway Turntable, up and around the Heritage Forest and back.
