Special Olympics Australia - National Office· Assisting volunteers,clubs,athletes with online registrations over the phone · Experience in delivering exceptional customer service for our volunteers · Responding promptly to telephonic inquiries and communicating in relation to the requirements of the forms · Administration experience across a broad range of tasks · Ensure optimum volunteer satisfaction level by accurate handling of queries · Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude with the volunteers at all times . Acknowledging and resolving complaints
To perform well in this role you should have: · Experience in a customer service role with a strong customer service focus . · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including time management and ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player.
. Excellent command over English language
