This role involves sitting and talking with patients on a one to one basis, assisting with making the patient comfortable to support their sleep and rest, and making sure the patient is wearing their glasses and hearing aids. You will be prompting the patient with eating and drinking and offering fluids when needed, assisting patient with completion of their menus, and accompanying and helping patient with walking as advised by nursing staff.
