The Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence provides a consistent, connected and aligned approach to managing and communicating change associated with the delivery of UnitingCare Queensland Portfolio of work, business change and continuous improvement.

We are planning on building a series of training aides to support the change management capability uplift across the business and are looking for a great out of the box thinker to make these truly effective and endear our very busy and time poor people across the business to be involved.

This will provide a great opportunity for the right person to own the development of training collateral, gain some insight into change management, and address the complexities that working with a geographically and demographically diverse organisation presents.

In the supporting the General Manager Enterprise Change to build and deploy the training aide, roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Curriculum development • Support with building of digital training/knowledge collateral
