Duties and Responsibilities:

The Playgroup Volunteer would be supervised and all work produced is signed off by the Playgroup Facilitator and/or the CAPP Coordinator.

Duties helping the CAPP team with running the Playgroup activities as follows:

• Helping to setup and pack up the Playgroup room/venue
• Helping to organise and serve the Playgroup morning tea
• Helping families to complete the registration and attendance form
• Collect donations
• Helping with other tasks as allocated by supervisor/s from time to time.

Volunteer shifts:

This role has flexibility in timing, during school term. We would be pleased if the volunteer attends Focus Connect Playgroup one day a week for 12 months. The volunteer and Focus Connect will then reconsider this volunteer role based on the capacity of the volunteer to assist on an ongoing basis and the needs of Focus Connect.

The 2 Playgroups are as follows:

• "Little Bookworm" Monday mornings, Claymore
• "Yasmine" Monday Mornings, Campbelltown
