Duties:

• At the beginning of the day collect a predetermined number of wheelchairs from the lock up area.
• Liaise with guides at the desk to provide assistance as per requests
• Issue of and accepting return of wheelchairs with relevant entry in wheelchair register ( format attached)
• End of shift handover to the next shift ( the 12.30 pm handover)
• At the end of day, return wheelchairs to storage area and organise batteries to be charged.
• Act as primary guide desk reception answering phone calls and coordinating with areas requesting wheelchair transfer
