Big Hug Group is deploying a new application to manage incoming requests, team of volunteers and other functions. We require the pro-bono assistance of an experienced IT professional/s to assist with the testing, bug identification and user feedback on the application. This will be carried out via our testing platform Testnetic.

Basic training will be provided on the application and more comprehensive training on the testing platform Testnetic to enable the submission of feedback.

The requirement is as follows

• Be able to think like a user and understand organisation workflows
• Create tests that follow the works flows
• Be able to provide clear concise feedback
• Assist in creating suitable User Acceptance Tests
• Be familiar with basic testing principles
• Have robust written English skill
• Be available on a regular basis and make and ongoing commitment
